How do I search for a recipe?
Use the search bar on the homepage or the Recipes page — type a dish name, ingredient, or cuisine. You can also browse by category (Breakfast, Main Course, Snacks, Desserts, Drinks) using the category strip on the homepage.
Can I get recipes in Hindi or Marathi?
Yes — every recipe is available in English, Hindi (हिंदी), and Marathi (मराठी). Use the language switcher at the top of any recipe page to view it in your preferred language.
Is Sugran Kitchen free to use?
Yes, completely free. All recipes, calorie information, and blog content are free to browse and use. The Site is supported by advertising.

Are all the recipes vegetarian?
Yes — every recipe on Sugran Kitchen is 100% vegetarian, covering both Indian home cooking and dishes from around the world.
How accurate is the calorie information?
Calorie counts are estimates based on standard ingredient values and typical serving sizes. Actual values can vary based on brands and exact quantities used. See our Disclaimer for details.
Can I request a specific recipe?
Yes — send us a message through the Contact page with the dish you'd like to see, and we'll consider it for a future post.
